Modify your site

After your site is created, you can make changes to it anytime, including:

• Change a tile's display order
• Change your site name
• Change your contact information
• Add or update a link to your website
• Update processing fee contributions
• Change the main color for your site

Change a tile's display order

1. On the navigation menu, click Vanco Online.
2. On the Tile order tab, click the applicable tile and drag it up or down in the list. 

Tiles display on your site in the order of your list; tiles at the top, display at the top. To see the changes in your site, click .

Change your site name

1. On the navigation menu, click Vanco Online.
2. Click the Basic Information tab, for Give the site a name, replace the current name with the new name. 
3. Click Save changes.

To see the updated name, click . Your  name is displayed in the header and the footer.

Change your contact information

Vanco Online requires you provide one way for your visitors to contact you. This can be a phone number, an email address, or a mailing address. You can change or update this information at any time.

1. On the navigation menu, click Vanco Online.
2. Click the Basic information tab, update any of the contact information.
3. Click Save changes.

To see the updated contact information, click click . This information is displayed in the footer.

Add or update a link to your website

Your organization's name displays at the bottom of your site. You can make that name be a link to your website. 

1. On the navigation menu, click Vanco Online.
2. Click the Basic information tab, for Add a link to your organization's website, enter your website URL.
3. Click Save changes.

To see the new or updated link, click . Your linked organization name is displayed in the footer.

Update processing fee contributions

You can enable or disable processing fee contributions at any time. You can also update the contributions percentage.

TIP: Remember, even if this feature is enabled it is not mandatory; it is just an option displayed at checkout.

1. On the navigation menu, click Vanco Online.
2. Click the Processing fees tab.
3. Make your changes to the applicable section and click Save changes.

Change the main color for your site

You can change the main color on your site. You'll see this color on buttons and links throughout the site.

1. On the navigation menu, click Vanco Online.
2. Click the Colors tab, select your color.
3. Click Save changes.

To see the new color on your site, click .
