Your profile is where you can update personal information such as your address, phone number, and email. You can also manage your email subscription settings, change your password, and set up two-factor authentication.

Update my address or phone number
- Click your profile icon

- Select Profile.
- In the Profile section, click Update Profile.
- Update the applicable fields and click Save Profile.
- When finished, click
and use the Navigation menu to go to your desired location.
Update my email
- Click your profile icon
.
- Select Profile.
- In the Email section, click Update Email.
- Update your email and click Change Email.
- When finished, click
and use the Navigation menu to go to your desired location.
Manage my email subscriptions
You can control the types of emails and alerts you receive from MyVanco.
- Click your profile icon

- Select Profile.
- In the Email section, next to Subscription Settings, click Manage.
- Select each email option you want to receive.
- Click Save.
- When finished, click
and use the Navigation menu to go to your desired location.
Change my password
- Click your profile icon
.
- Select Profile.
- In the Security section, click Change Password.
- Enter your password information and click Update Password.
- When finished, click
and use the Navigation menu to go to your desired location.
Set up two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security added to ensure people accessing an online account are who they say they are. This type of authentication requires more information than just your user name and password to gain access to an account.
MyVanco gives you the choice of implementing two-factor authentication using an authentication app or using a mobile phone number (SMS). To use the authentication app option (App), you must have an authentication app installed on your mobile phone. If you select SMS, you'll need to provide your mobile phone number.
- Click your profile icon

- Select Profile.
- In the Security section, click Set up two-factor authentication.
- Select the authentication type you want to set up, App or SMS.
- For an authentication app, click App.
- Scan the QR Code on your screen or enter the key into your authentication app.
- Enter the code you receive and click Verify.
- For SMS, click SMS.
- Verify or enter your mobile phone number, and click Send.
- Enter the code you receive and click Verify.
- Save the recovery codes in a safe place and click Done.
- When finished, click
and use the Navigation menu to go to your desired location.
Turn off two-factor authentication
- Click your profile icon

- Select Profile.
- In the Security section, next to Two-Factor Authentication, click Turn Off.
