Create tiles for gifts and payment opportunities (i.e. donations, campaigns, fundraisers, memorials, registration fees, event tickets, products, memberships). Each tile is associated to a fund and each fund is associated to a bank account. Money collected from a tile is trackable by the fund you choose and deposited into the fund's associated bank account. All your tiles are displayed on the Tiles page.
There are several tabs on the Tiles page: All tiles, Visible, Hidden, Draft. Each tab provides a view of your tiles according to their status. There is also an Archived tiles section at the bottom where you can view your archived tiles.
MyVanco provides easy, straight-forward options for creating, managing and modifying your tiles.
All tiles tab
On the All tiles tab you see all your tiles, this includes visible, hidden, and draft tiles. The tiles display sorted by title, A to Z. At a glance you can see the status of your tiles, the last date each was updated, and the channels they are displaying in.

Visible tab
The Visible tab lists the tiles that are displaying in your selected channels, this includes your Vanco Online site and/or in your Vanco Mobile app.
Hidden tab
The Hidden tab lists the tiles that are not available in any channels. Hiding tiles a good way to control when you want a tile to be available. For instance, you may want holiday tiles visible only during a specific month. Or, you may have an annual giving opportunity that is contained within a window of time. Simply set your tile's status to Hidden until you are ready to make it visible.
Drafts tab
The Drafts tab lists the tiles you are in the process of creating or updating. As you create a tile, if you are not ready to display it, you can choose to save it for later.
Archived tiles
If you are no longer using a tile, you can archive it. You can unarchive a tile if you want to use it again.
