- After logging in to the My Vanco Service Center, click the WebPay tab.
- Click the Manage Web Pages tab.
- Select the name of your page (example Donation, Payment, Registration).
- Select Edit Funds and Fund Groups.
- Click Add Fund.
- Enter in the Fund ID and the Fund Name. If you are using transaction tracking software, you will need the Fund ID to match your software. If you are not using transaction tracking software, an ID is required, and can be an alpha/numeric value of your choice.
- Click Save.
- Select the Display box if you want the new fund to display on the page.
- Click Close.
- At the bottom of the page, click Publish Changes.
