NOTE: this functionality is available for MyVanco customers.
You can create tiles in MyVanco and designate which channel (Vanco online or Vanco Mobile) you want the tiles to display in.
What would you like to do?
- Add a tile to Vanco Mobile
- Hide a tile
- Set the tile display order
- Update Vanco Mobile processing fee contributions
Add a tile to Vanco Mobile
- On the navigation menu, click Vanco Mobile.
- Under the Giving section, click Manage Vanco Mobile tiles.
- At the bottom of the Tile order page, click +Add tiles.
- Select each tile you wish to add and click Add tiles.
Hide a tile
When you hide a tile, it is hidden from all channels. To hide a tile from all channels, see Hide a tile.
Set tile display order
- On the navigation menu, click Vanco Mobile.
- Under the Giving section, click Manage Vanco Mobile tiles.
- Drag the tile to the desired spot. Tiles at the top of the list display at the top of your site.
Update Vanco Mobile processing fee contributions
You can enable or disable processing fee contributions at any time. You can also update the contribution percentage. Updating these processing fee features do not affect your settings for Vanco Online processing fees.
TIP: Remember, even if this feature is enabled it is not mandatory, the user chose whether to contribute or not.
- On the navigation menu, click Vanco Mobile.
- Under the Settings section, click Processing fees.
- Make your changes to the applicable section and click Save.
