Invite people to your organization on Vanco Mobile

Use the Invite feature to invite people to join your organization; all you need is the person's mobile phone number or their email address. 

NOTE: You can invite people from within the Vanco Mobile app as well. This is explained in the Vanco Mobile User Guide.

1. On the MyVanco navigation menu, click Vanco Mobile.
2. Under the Users section, click Invite by email or phone number.

NOTE: This takes you to the Vanco Mobile Admin portal.

3. On the navigation menu, click Directory.
4. Click .
5. Enter each recipient's mobile phone number or email.

NOTE: Enter each number and/or email on a separate line. Do not include special characters such as hyphens, brackets, or spaces within the number. You can cut and paste a list into the Invite members dialog box. 

6. Click Next.
7. Confirm your list and click Send.
8. If you want to send additional invitations, click Send More. If finished, click Close.

A text or email invite is sent to each of the recipients inviting them to join the organization and providing a link to download the app from their app store.
