Suspend a Vanco Mobile user

NOTE: Admins can suspend a member's access from within the Vanco Mobile app as well. This is explained in the Vanco Mobile User Guide.

1. On the MyVanco navigation menu, click Vanco Mobile.
2. Under the Settings section, click Permissions.

NOTE: This takes you to the Vanco Mobile Admin portal.

3. On the navigation menu, click Directory.
4. Locate the member and click View.
5. In the Profile section, click .
6. Select Suspend access.
7. Click .
