NOTE: Admins can reactivate a member's access from within the Vanco Mobile app as well. This is explained in the Vanco Mobile User Guide.
- On the MyVanco navigation menu, click Vanco Mobile.
- Under the Settings section, click Permissions.
NOTE: This takes you to the Vanco Mobile Admin portal.
- On the navigation menu, click Directory.
- Locate the member and click View.
- In the Profile section, click .
- Clear the Suspend access field.
- Click .
