Zoom Integration

If your organization has community features enabled, you can connect to your Zoom account to join Zoom events. Depending on your organization’s mobile app settings, you may be able to create Zoom events.

Connect to Zoom

1. Open the Vanco Mobile application on your iPhone or Android device and tap Sign Up or Log In to the faith organization of your choice. 
2. Once you have joined your Faith community, and your community has its community features enabled, such as Groups & Chat, Events, Directory and message Inbox, you can navigate to your main menu by tapping the menu icon [ICON] in the top left of the screen. 
3. Select Integrations from the menu.
4. On the Integrations screen, you will see Zoom as an app you can integrate to. Tap Learn more on the Zoom option. 
5. A window will appear detailing how and why Vanco Mobile would like you to integrate with Zoom. Read the details and tap Connect Zoom if you wish to proceed or Go back if you do not want to integrate at this time. 
   
   [highlight] NOTE: If you do not integrate your Zoom account you will not be able to automatically generate Zoom links for events created within Vanco Mobile. 
6. A new browser window will open asking you to sign into your Zoom account. Sign in using your usual method, whether by email address and password or by the social sign-in options provided by Zoom. 
7. Once you are signed in you will be asked if you wish to authorize the use of your Zoom account by Vanco Mobile. Tap Authorize to complete the integration process.
8. On successful authorization you will be presented with a screen to say the process has been completed. At this point you can return to the Vanco Mobile app. 
9. In Vanco Mobile, the Zoom option on the Integrations page shows you are connected and displays the Zoom account email address that you are connected to. 

Disconnect your Zoom account

1. Tap the menu icon [ICON] in the top left of your screen. 
2. Select Integrations from the menu. 
3. On the Integrations screen, you will see Zoom as an app you can integrate to. Tap Disconnect on the Zoom option. 
4. A window will appear detailing how and why Vanco Mobile would like you to integrate with Zoom, and what you will not be able to do once you disconnect. Read the details and tap Disconnect Zoom if you wish to proceed or Go back if you do not want to disconnect at this time.
