NOTE: Depending on the user's level of access, certain information may not be accessible/editable. Processing Reports are archived for approximately seven years.
- In the Vanco Service Center, click the Credit/Debit/eCheck tab.
- Hover over Reports on the menu bar.
- Click Processing Reports in the drop down menu.
- To narrow the search, enter a date range and choose the type of report to be viewed. Click on the Search button.
- To view the report, double click on the title of the report or click once to highlight it and click on the View button.
Note: Reports open in a new window. If you do not immediately see the report you’ve opened, minimize all open windows on your system and reopen them one-by-one until the report appears.
