Transaction limits must be increased prior to processing a real-time debit or credit card transaction. This is essential during special events such as registrations/auctions/dinners/fundraisers/etc.

Request limit increase
To request an increase to your limits, either:
- Select Request a limit increase located under Credit/Debit/eCheck (Electronic Funds Transfer) > Processing Limits, OR
- Send an email to riskmgmt@Vancoservices.com. Messages are monitored 8 am-4 pm CT Monday through Friday. Risk Management will review the request and respond via phone or email.
Processing for special events
Please include the following information in your request for a special event limit increase:
- Dates - What date(s) is your event?
- Per transaction limit - What is the highest amount you anticipate in a single transaction?
- 30 day limit - What is the highest total amount you anticipate processing during the event if everyone uses their debit or credit card?
IMPORTANT: If you anticipate a substantial increase to your normal processing amounts, please inform Risk Management to avoid a suspension of service.
